Shipping Information
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Money orders. We do not accept checks. Should you choose to pay by money order, please mail the money order on the total amount as shown in your order, along with a printed copy of your order. Products will be shipped only after we receive the payment in full.

Shipping rates are as follows:
2nd day Shipping and handling for U.S. orders is free except AK,HI and PR which is $17.00. For returned merchandise, the shipping value ($14.50) will not be refunded regardless of the shipping method selected.
A "Next Day" upgrade is available in most cases for flat fee of $12.95 plus $3 per additional item. Please note that is a next business day upgrade. If your next day order ships on a Friday, it will be delivered on Monday. If you need Saturday delivery, see below. Not all areas are eligible for next day delivery. If you have a question about whether your delivery address is eligible for next day delivery, please contact us with your zip code.
A Next Day Saturday upgrade is available to many locations for $24.95 plus $5 per additional item. This shipping option is only available if your order ships on a Friday.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico have an additional $17 plus $2 per additional item shipping charge. These order will ship with 2nd day delivery.
Orders shipped to military bases (AA, AE, AP, FP) or U.S. Territories (GU, VI, etc.) have an additional $17 plus $2 per additional item charge, and will be shipped via USPS.
International shipping is available. Please use the international checkout option in the shopping cart to see rates and shipping options available in your country.
Signature may be required on your order. You may request "signature required" on your delivery. Please add it to the note on your order.
Most orders are shipped the same business day if placed by 2:00pm pacific time. Some orders may have short shipping delays. These items will be marked on the item page with its estimated shipping time. If there is going to be a significant delay, we will try to notify you as to when it will ship. To avoid any shipping delays, please make sure that all information you provide us on your order is correct. Please allow 7-10 business days for items which may not be in stock. Occasionally an item you have ordered may be back ordered. In this case, we will not partial ship the order. We will hold your order until the back ordered items are received, at which time your order will be filled immediately. Rarely, an item may be back ordered for a long time, or out of stock indefinitely. In this case, we will only charge and ship the items we have in stock.
All shipping and processing fees are nonrefundable.
