What shipping options does BlueDial.com have?
We offer as a standard free 2nd business day or you can upgrade to Next business day.
How soon will BlueDial.com ship my order?
BlueDial.com ships most orders on the same business day if the order if placed by 3:00pm pacific time. Multiple quantity orders, orders that require sizing, or orders that require address verification (such as alternate shipping addresses), may be delayed. If your order will have a delay of more than two business days, we will attempt to contact you.
Does BlueDial.com ship to International locations?
At this time BlueDial.com only ships within the United States.
Does BlueDial.com ship to Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories?
Yes, BlueDial.com can ship orders to most valid U.S. territories such as Virgin Islands and Guam. In these cases we ship via U.S. Postal Service. There is an additional $17 fee for this service. Please allow 3 to 7 days for delivery.
Does BlueDial.com ship to APO or other foreign military addresses?
Yes, BlueDial.com can ship orders to most valid U.S. military addresses such as APOs. In these cases we ship via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. There is an additional $17 fee for this service. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.
Are BlueDial shipments insured?
Yes, BlueDial.com, at its own expense, insures all orders prior to shipping so there is no need to worry about lost or damaged shipments.
Can BlueDial.Com have my order delivered on a Saturday or Sunday?
BlueDial.com can ship your order on a Friday for a scheduled Saturday delivery. Simply choose this special shipping option on the order form. There is no Sunday delivery available.
Will I need to be present to received the delivery?
No, on most orders we do not require a signature for the delivery. However, we highly recommend that you have a person available to sign and receive the order. This helps avoid delayed deliveries lost shipments. All orders over $350 require a signature upon delivery.
Can I ship the order to an address other than my credit card's billing address?
At this time, BlueDial.Com can only ship to your credit card's billing address unless you contact your credit card company and add your shipping address on file as an alternate address.

All watches sold from BlueDial are 100% guaranteed to be authentic and genuine. We do not ever sell used, previously owned, replica, or imitation watches. All watches come in the original packaging with all original paperwork and factory serial numbers.

Yes, all watches sold from BlueDial include a factory serial number if applicable.
How can BlueDial offer such a great price?
BlueDial maintains affordable prices on name brand watches because of our tremendous buying power. We buy product in large volumes and stock in house our entire inventory. Then due to our extremely low overhead, we can pass the savings on directly to the public.
What types of payment does BlueDial take?
We accept all major credit cards, Pay Pal, and money orders. Purchases by money order will ship upon receipt of payment.
Will BlueDial size my watch before it is shipped?
We offer to adjust metal band or bracelet to requested size within original band length on most styles.
How it works:
If the watch you want to order has a re-sizable bracelet or metal band, you may ask us to adjust its size.
Please measure your wrist, using a soft ruler or measure tape.(add 0.25 to 0.5 Inch, depends how loose you like it.)
All removed band parts will be included and shipped with your watch.
In some cases we may need an extra day before shipping.
This service is available Only at the time you place this orders.
Leather band or Bangle are not re-sizable.
How do I measure my wrist?
Measure your wrist using a soft ruler or measuring tape. Then add 0.25 to 0.5 Inch, depending on how loose you like it.
What if I need additional links for my watch?
Please contact us using the contact form to see if additional links are available. Please include the model number of the watch and final size you will need the watch. There may be a charge for additional links.

Please fill out our contact form with the model number and a valid email address and we will automatically notify you when it is available. Unfortunately we do not take back-orders for watches.
The watch I want is not listed on your web site, can you special order it for me?
No, unfortunately all the watches that we carry are listed on our web site. If the brand or model is not listed, than we do not carry it.
After the Order is Complete
The tracking number I received does not appear to be valid?
Often, we generate tracking numbers for order before your watch is physically shipped. Once the carrier picks up and scans your package, it will be trackable. This typically happens around 7 to 8 PM pacific time on business days only.
I just received my watch and I need to have it sized, what are my options?
We recommend that you take your watch to a local jewelry store that provides this service.
I need to get the battery changed in my watch?
If your watch has a warranty through BlueDial.com, please fill out the RMA request form and BlueDial will change the battery for you. If your warranty is through the manufacturer, please consult the manufacturer and follow their guidelines for battery replacement.
I would like to exchange my watch, what do I need to do?

How do I track my order after it is placed?
If you provided a valid email address when you placed your order, you will be emailed a link where you can check your order status and get your tracking number. Your tracking will also be emailed to you once your order is packaged.
How is my credit card charged?
When you place your order a pre-authorization is taken on your credit card. This simply checks to make sure you provided a valid credit card number that it has the available balance to cover the cost of the watch you ordered. We will only charge your card once the watch ships.
